Orders placed AND processed before 12.00pm are typically dispatched the next day. Where payment is processed on time, we endeavor to dispatch ALL orders on a next day basis if possible. 


Transit Time

Typical delivery times for orders within Ireland are 3-4 working days. accepts no responsibility for delays in shipping. Where possible, the customer will be issued with their tracking number so that they can monitor their order's progress.

On larger products selected for free delivery within the Kilkenny area, longer delivery times may be required to coordinate with other stops. This will depend mainly on distance from Thomastown store.


Shipping Companies Used endeavor to use the most efficient and affordable shipping methods possible, typically An Post (the Irish Postal Service) for all small (usually single) items both locally and nationally, and GLS for local and national deliveries for medium to large items (up to 1.2m long) and orders containing multiple items.


All Orders must be Paid in Euro

We cannot accept euro cheques, cheques drawn on an overseas bank or Maestro cards. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.


Product Damaged During Shipment

Please inspect all product at point of delivery. Do not accept any product obviously damaged in transit. Do not sign 'item unchecked' or similar and accept any product obviously damaged in transit or you will still be liable for accepting the damaged item. If you do accept product damaged in transit (or someone else accepts it on your behalf):

Save the item and all its packaging.

Notify us immediately and we will advise you how best to proceed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our exchange policy is extended over November and December until mid January to cover Christmas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Online returns can only be refunded to the same credit/debt card used at purchase.



Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All bundles must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Some manufacturers offer a warranty on their products. As with all returns, please notify as soon as possible about a warranty situation. If are notified about a warranty outside the advertised warranty period (even where the incident occurred within the warranty period) that warranty will be deemed null and void. When notifying about a warranty, you may be asked to provide photographic and/or physical proof of the reason for seeking a warranty. If neither can be provided it will be impossible for us to process the warranty claim with our manufacturers. Warranties are provided at discretion. Where warranty on a product is agreed, reserves the right to either have the item repaired, replaced or refunded for the total amount paid on the original invoice. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide a warranty on shipping products to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund we will deduct a shipping cost of €6.50 for each parcel delivered.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
